What This Warranty Covers:

We will supply and install components into control panels according to your approved bill of materials and drawings, and warrant that our panels will be free from defects in material and workmanship if properly installed, applied, and maintained for a period of twelve (12) months from date of shipment. Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to replacement of parts or components that prove to be defective within the warranty period. All repair parts are to be supplied by us either directly or through our authorized suppliers. We will not be liable under any circumstances for consequential and/or incidental damages. We will extend to you, where applicable, any manufacturer’s component warranty. No other warranties will be granted, considered, or combined. Employee’s or representative’s oral or other written statements are not a part of this limited warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which will vary from state to state.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

This warranty does not cover equipment which has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, improper installation or accident such as:

  •  Abnormal conditions of temperature, dust, or corrosives
  •  Operation above rated capacities
  •  Improper line power
  •  External field device failure
  •  Loose connections that may have occurred during shipment or over a period of time
  •  Fire, water, lightning “ acts of God”, or other conditions beyond our control

Expendable items such as light bulbs, fuses, filters, etc. are not covered under this warranty.

This Warranty Will Be Null and Void If:

  • Repair work was performed by someone other than CCS or an authorized agent; or
  • You fail to notify us of a panel/component malfunction within forty-eight (48) hours of occurrence; or
  • Panel components are not maintained according to manufacturer’s specifications (i.e. not changing filters on panel-mounted AC unit); or
  • Field wiring does not conform to NEC or UL standards; or
  • Modifications are made to the control panel that do not conform to NEC or UL standards; or
  • Any wiring, conduit, etc. has been installed by someone other than CCS or an authorized agent

How to Get Service:

If you believe a panel or panel component is defective within the warranty period contact us by phone at (636) 778-9699 or by email at info@ccs-mo.com within forty-eight (48) hours of occurrence. You must provide proof of purchase to exercise your rights under this warranty. If we determine there is a defect which is covered under this warranty we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Once you receive your RMA, return the part/component, insured and transportation charges paid, to CCS, 680 C Crown Industrial Court, Chesterfield, MO 63005. If the failure is due to defect in materials or workmanship, the part or parts in question will be replaced under warranty with new or remanufactured parts, or will be repaired at our option.
